Terms of service

Sequro lets you configure voice agents that answer, take the facts of a risk, handle changes, claims, renewals and status questions, and leave all of it on a board with its compliance ledger.

It is provided as it stands. We work to keep it up and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

You are responsible for what happens in your account and for your team's credentials. Tell us if you suspect unauthorised access.

The service is for adults acting on behalf of a brokerage or an insurer.

Under CUSF 32.1.6, four acts may not be performed for an agent by a third party: soliciting, advising, contracting and collecting premiums. The voice agent does none of the four, and no setting permits it — the server re-asserts that boundary on every save.

No option reaches a customer without a licensed adviser releasing it, and their name and licence number go into the ledger.

This is our reading of the rule and is not legal advice. Take it to your own counsel if your situation warrants it.

Plans are billed in advance, in US dollars, through Polar as merchant of record. Published prices exclude tax.

Cancelling takes effect at the end of the paid period. We do not refund periods already charged.

If a subscription ends, the account drops to the free plan. Your cases, transcripts and ledger stay readable; what stops is new work.

If we change prices we give at least thirty days' notice and the change applies at your next renewal.

Do not use the service to contact people who did not ask to hear from you. An unsolicited call is soliciting, which is precisely what the rule forbids a third party to do.

Do not attempt to breach security, reach another account's data, or use the system for anything unlawful.

WhatsApp requires a person to accept before they can be called. That rule is Meta's, and we offer no way around it.

Your customers' data is yours. You are its controller; we process it on your behalf and on your instruction.

You can export your compliance ledger on the plans that include it. If you close the account, ask for a copy first.

An agent can mishear or mis-summarise. What it captures is a working draft, not a verified document, and you are the one who checks it.

Indicative figures the system computes are not quotes. A quote comes from an insurer.

So far as the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the event.

We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.

You can close your account whenever you like. We can suspend an account that breaches these terms, with notice unless urgency prevents it.

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, with jurisdiction in Mexico City.
